Credits are a virtual currency used within GLP GAMES. Credits are purchased through PayPal and are non-refundable once granted to your account. Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GLP GAMES to: engage in cheating or exploiting game mechanics; harass other users; upload malicious code or content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; engage in any commercial activity without our written consent; or violate any applicable laws.

5. Game Content

All games hosted on GLP GAMES are provided for entertainment purposes only. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove games at any time. Some games may require credits to access. Premium game access through credits does not guarantee permanent availability.

6. Tournaments

Tournament entry fees paid in credits are non-refundable. Tournament results are final. We reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate tournament rules or engage in cheating. Prize distributions are at our sole discretion.

7. Developer Submissions

By submitting a game through GLP GAMES Studio, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your game. You represent that you own all rights to the submitted content or have obtained necessary permissions. We reserve the right to reject any submission.

8. Intellectual Property

GLP GAMES and all associated branding, logos, and content are the property of ENNEA ORGANIZATION INC / GLP Group. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

GLP GAMES is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
